Presenting …
Second oldest of the Vanderbelt daughters, (the oldest found here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=109641) and so far the most ‘proper’ of the young ladies. Victoria has been ‘bred’ from many generations of very wealthy and proper ladies. To be born a Vanderbelt, means a life long commitment of being well mannered, groomed, polished, educated and marrying only into another family of (almost) the same caliber. There are many ‘duties’ that are EXPECTED to be done as a lady Vanderbelt, as there are many family traditions.
While her older sister is somewhat of the ‘black sheep’ of the family, Victoria now has twice the burden placed on her to uphold the Vanderbelt namesake. So she dutifully filled in her sister’s shoes, as she absolutely LOVES the attention and admiration her sister so easily gave up.
Her time to be presented as the next Vanderbelt debutant has been long awaited with much excitement. This is her time to shine before she completes her education at Harvard and marries into another ‘proper’ family of 'old' money.
As usual, I made none of the custom content – I just ‘put her together’.

UPDATE: ***It appears you will need to get the mesh for the dress. Either from SimChic (who made the mesh) or from desiresims (who have the mesh packaged with the dress).
Not included from pics: Skin: RVYShine Light from Reavoye at TSR. When selecting the skin, there was no description. It wasn’t until I installed her into the game that I saw the skintone listed as ‘RVYShine Light’ and after doing some Googling, I found it at TSR so I changed her skintone for the download.
