After seeing Marisa's versions the Norse gods Loki and Thor , I got inspired to make some of them myself.
* BALDER *
(or Baldr, Baldur; ”The Glorious”)
The god of innocence, beauty, joy, purity, and peace.
Brage was son of Frigg and Odin, and the fairest and most handsome of all the aesirs.
His wife was called Nanna and his son was Forseti .
Balder owned the largest ship ever built, named Hringham (or Hringhorni), and a hall called Breidablik.
Balder's death was caused by his brother, the blind Hod, who got tricked by Loki to aim at him with misteltoe; which was the only plant their mother Frigg hadn't made swear not to harm her son.
The gods grieved inconsolably over his death.
At Balder's funeral; where he was ceremonially burned on his ship; Nanna died from a broken heart and was put to rest on the funeral fire beside him.
