This is a beautiful, moderately built home for a medium sized family. The house is on a 2x3 lot and has 2 floors with an attached garage.

Packaged with the Clean Installer I did use a handful of cheats, though...here they are

Boolprop constrainfloorelevation false - The house is on a foundation and I used this cheat to attach the garage without having the distorted wall effect. But, the wall is distorted where the garage door is, but it's hardly noticeable.
Roofslopeangle 25 - to change the slope of the roof
moveobjects on - for item placing (I used this cheat also to move the garbage can from outdoors to inside the garage.)
Boolprop allow45degreeangleofrotation true - for item placing
boolprop snapobjectstogrid false - for item placing
The lot costs §127,190
