Adult Female Glam Punk outfit

Something simple with no band affiliation for yr Sims who don't want to look like a walking billboard. Plain white pants with bullet belt and cut up zebra tank top. The shoes are.. I have no idea how to make nice flats. If anyone knows how to make decent looking flats, please PM me.

If you have any problems downloading, please tell me. No mesh is needed (to my knowledge.)
