Due to the success of the lots I've created for other people, I thought I'd upload one that I created for myself. This 30x20sq lot costs §115,592 and includes:
  • 3 Bedroom
  • 1.5 Bathroom & Ensuite on main bedroom
  • Rear courtyard
  • Balcony
  • Fireplace in living room
  • Kitchen/Dining room
  • Garage (incl. Car)
  • Fully furnished and landscaped, with no custom content.
I built this lot before I had OFB; so it may include Maxis Default content from Uni, Nightlife and Holiday EPs.
