NOTE: Family Fun Stuff Must Be Installed For This To Work, there was just no box to check for it. I also used a few decor items from the Holiday Party Pack, so I guess I should say you need that, too.
For a long time, I have never taken on the challenge of building my very own house. When Sims 2 was released, I guess I was just not willing to take the time and really ulitlize all that it had to offer as far as building went. I chose to use this awesome site to download houses instead, and I felt by now, it was time to give something back-- So after 4 days of work, here it is.
This is a fully furnished, 3 bedroom house, with 3 and a half bathrooms. It is ideally meant for a couple with a boy and girl, but feel free to redecorate as you see fit. It includes NO recolors, NO hacks, and NO new objects. (Yes, I ran Sims2Pack Clean Installer, just to make sure).
It is lavishly decorated and comes complete with:

Lot Size: 5x5

On a personal note: I would like to thank each and every builder here who have all made creations beyond my imagination, therefore inspiring me to give it my best shot. I'm taking a break from playing families to try and put my mind to some real work, because of your inspiration to me.
I would also like to thank the wonderful people who moderate this site, that ensure quality in each and every download, and that credit is given where it is due. Ya'll are my heroes!

- 2 Grey Women of Sim City overlooking a graveyard (graves not included, but the spot is perfect for those knowledge sims who can't wait to see ghosts)
- Secluded Hot Tub
- Wedding Ceremony Spot
- Underwater-themed boy's room
- Fantasy-themed girl's room
- Kitchen with a breakfast bar
- Formal diningroom
- Formal and inviting foyer (great for a first impression on the Headmaster)
- Separate bathrooms for the kids (since we all know kids hate to share :D)
