This is now my second Upload and my second upload in my Keller Rd series that I've just started. This is a house that I made a long time ago on another computer. I had to take the game off of that computer and I never remade it in my new game. I missed this house so much, it was my favourite. So I decided to rebuild it and upload it for everyone else. It's not quite how I remember it, but it'll have to do because I don't have the floorplans.

Lot Size: 3x3 Lot

Good sized Bungalow for 3-4 Sims with front foyer entering into the Living room. Seperated Kitchen. Master Bedroom on the mainfloor with seperate washroom. Spacious family room in the basement with a second bedroom. There is a large Backporch that looks over a nice clean pool that has been blocked off with fencing to keep out the unsupervised little ones. Lanscaping is finished and includes a large willow tree in the backyard, and a little taste of the country with the addition of a pond just outside of the Kitchen Deck.
A wonderful home for approximately 40,000 dollars.
