Dora the Explorer Dress for a Toddler (Girl)

Hi

Please do not download this, (it should be tagged soon) I think this was put on by mistake as it was rejected. I had soo much problems with my paintshop crashing..graphics going weird on me. I should of made this when my computer was working properly, the pic on the dress at the time looked fine. Now (as I agree with the peeps at MTS2..its yucky and blurry)
