First Floor: Master bedroom with walk-in closet, private balcony and en suite bathroom, 2 smaller bedroom and one bathroom.
The dormers are just for decoration, but there might be room for an attic if you want to add one.

Nengi65's Pinegultcher Fence in whitewood should have been included but it didn't show up when I scanned the lot with clean installer. So if you don't already have it in your game, you may want to download it just to make sure it shows up with the lot.
