In essence, the house is a pavillion--a broad-brimmed, grandly simple platfrom raised high off the ground to catch breezes.

Twin driveways flank the front walk, and the foyer centers beneath the main roof ridge. A bump-out bedroom in front adds visual interest and living space.

You enter the house via a ground-level foyer, then ascend an airy central stairwell. At the top, open railings rim the stairwell. Th living area is located behind a small divider wall, located behind the stairwell. Directly infront of the stairs is a lovely little study that has a little balcony that has a wonderful view.

A gallery kitchen stretches between the living area and the dining room. A guest bedroom and guest bathroom are located on the right side of the house. This house also boasts two balconies, a covered porch, a patio, a courtyard, a single car garage, guest parking area, a large master bedroom and a large bathroom and last but not least an olympic sized pool.

This lot costs a little over 25,000 $ and is a medium sized lot.
