Hi everyone.
Every starting sim family has troubles finding descent homes to live in which are also afordable. Usually the lots are big, the houses only partly furnished, tghere is no driveway and especially no room for a child or baby.
That will all change now ones you have downloaded the ultimate family starterhome. The lot type is 1x2 for that ultimate starting feeling. ( how? explainded below) The house contains all standard rooms, toilet, hallway living and kitchen, small shed, and bedrooms plus bathroom upstairs.it comes with a driveway for that future car. it is fully furnished and it even has a bedroom for a child. And if you don't have a child yet you can sell the items to make some money. Speaking about money the house only costs $19,999 just small enough to really be a starter home :D
I made this lot by using the LotExpander. a great little program created by andi8104. it enables you to change any excisting lot into a different size. You can only make lots bigger but you can find a 1x1 lot in one of the posts here. it also has the LotExpander there.

Okay well that's allmost it. Only one piece of custom content is required. the invisible driveway from roddyaleixo wich you can find here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875
Please don't upload this house as your own. You can use the lot file if you don't have the LotExpander. Demollish the house on it and create something else. No credit for me is required. only for the creator of the LotExpander. Enjoy this little house. I hope all your starting families will now have a place to call home.
