I wanted to build a house as a tribute and token of gratitude to Macarossi, whose build objects have added so much to my game and given me so much pleasure.

The house is built on a 3 by 3 lot and costs 287,326 simoleons.

Please note that it uses some objects from the Family Fun Pack. If you do not have this pack installed, you need to delete them from the package with Clean Installer before installing the lot in your game.

In the basement is a swimming pool, two shower cubicles with toilets and the garage. A large area is left clear for career reward and other skill building objects.

The first floor has a large open plan area comprising kitchen, dining room, games room and lounge (this is the room for parties). There are also two full bathrooms here. There is a large patio extending almost to the street, keeping your sims' environment scores high as they leave for work.

The Second floor has the main bedroom and nursery, both very spacious with study areas. On the third floor are two more bedrooms. All bedrooms are en-suite. The second and third floors have spacious lobbies for more skill objects and art if your sims want them.

On the roof is the hot tub and space for the obstacle course and whatever else you want. Don't put the telescope here though, it doesn't work on the roof because of the boolpropped quarter-wall which I used to show of Macarossi's decorative edging (The game think the telescope is indoors if you put it on the roof). I put it on the balcony, where it works just fine.

The yellow quilt bedding and yellow recolour of the loft curtains are by me, as are the terrains, walls and floors.
