This breathtaking home is built on a small 2x3 lot. Priced around 23,000 this home comes fully furnished and decorated with Maxis Only Items. I usually don't like for downloaded homes to be decorated, but in this case I wanted to show how the layout of the home should go.

There is one smallish bedroom, however the attached sitting/dressing room with the magnificent windows makes it appear like a lavish suite. Attached to the dressing room is one bath. This home reminds me of a small house I stayed at while visiting Arizona (at least the exterior). There were windows everywhere to get a great view of the surrounding mountains, so I didn't add any window coverings.

This house has been tested in game and been scanned with Clean Installer
