I finally managed to finish this house!

It's a 3/4 bedroom house as requested by JohnathonO'keefe here:

The lot is on a 3x4 tile and costs £44,653.

The home features a large Master Suite with spacious bedroom, walk in closet, and large bathroom.

The house also features a large kitchen and breakfast room, connected with a large 2 storey family room, and a study/den which could also be used as a guest bedroom or conventional bedroom depending upon the size of your family sims.

As you walk up the stairs there is 2 more bedrooms, a bathroom and a spacious loft space which could be used as another bedroom or studio space.

The lot is entirely unfurnished- and decorated neutrally. The garden is also lightly decorated as I hate doing gardens.

I wasn't sure whose was the right recolour so I've included both! Both are wonderful anyway!

Please feel free to comment on this lot. I had a lot of problems with the roof spaces so if anyone has any tips to improve my roof building abilities then please... go for it!

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
