The Wet Whistle

Created for Tinkerbell2005’s Prairie Project, http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=193764: The Wet Whistle -- a 2x2 completely furnished home business (residential) lot, costing just under $50,000. You can either charge by the hour or open as a restaurant.

Built to resemble a lightly settled frontier place to wet your whistle. Two bedrooms upstairs for family members.

A special thanks to all of these generous, talented simmers who have allowed their creations to be uploaded in this lot. These creators are among the best the sim world has to offer.
Tarox, http://www.tarox4sims2.de/ -- Wonderful, unique furniture and other objects. The furniture, chickens, eggs, and most especially the lights, helped establish the rural prairie feel.
Parsimonious, http://www.parsimonious.org/, has a little bit of everything -- and all of it wonderful. The period carpeting in the children’s room is just one example of their quality items.
KomoSims, http://www.komosims.net/ has made some of my all time favorite terrains. She has made so many wonderful walls and floors that I will never be able to decide which are my favorite. The floor rug in the master bedroom is just one example of the unique and detailed floors available.
VonNdaSun, http://www.komosims.net/, is one of the featured creators at KomoSims. The stenciled floor son the downstairs floor is just one example of her many creative works.
SimLin55, http://www.komosims.net/, yet another of the talented creators at KomoSims. Her rock flooring has a nice natural feel.
McTrick’ Place, http://www.mctricksplace.com/[/...ad.php?t=119414, has brought us a wealth of ‘vehicles’, including Thunder, The Saddle Horse. Yes, those horses tied out front are really vehicles -- just waiting for an opportunity to take you to town.
Holy Smoly, http://www.holysimoly.com/index.cfm?go=home.welcome, makers & recolorers of fine furniture and architectural elements.
Pixil Sims, http://www.pixelsims.com/, when I saw her swinging saloon door, that is when I knew I needed to make a bar setting. Of course her counters, curtains and mildly retro phone were welcome additions to completing the lot.
Lethe_S, http://www.modthesims2.com/member.php?u=50252 has made some of the best elven décor and build items available. Her walls and floors have a nice organic earthiness to them that really helps give things that old timey feel.
Roddy_Aleixo, http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=90875, what is the most versatile driveway recolor of them all? -- Transparent. His driveway lets the terrain shine thru.
Sunni Sims, http://kimberspace.mattwork.potsdam...isims/index.php, has a wealth of wonderful build items and furnishings. The stairs you see here are just a small sampling of the quality downloads she has.
