This is actually one of my older homes, originally uploaded on the exchange, before I started doing all my uploading here. It has undergone a slight renovation, but very little beyond a little landscaping.

Cost - 237,591 simoleans

Featuring a single car garage, central open staircase to the second floor, living room with a fireplace, kitchen with fireplace, dual master bedroom suites, cozy sitting room, swimming pool, rooftop garden with hottub, a treehouse and a fountain gazebo.
