A botanical garden complete with arid, temperate & water gardens, picnic area, amenities, bandstand and men's & women's separate pools - to preserve your sims' modesty. Also includes unfurnished area for aviary for those of you with Pets (or who are planning on getting it soon).
This lot is intended for daytime use, so the only lighting is in the amenities block
