My newest creation! It's a little different from the others I've uploaded and smaller too.

This one three attached row houses, good for your downtown. It's also good if you're familiar with the lot zoning cheat, it would make for a nice dorm or house in university. Each interior is identical but the exteriors are differently colored; I think the colors add some appeal to the lot.

The are two rooms in each row house that are good for bedrooms and the kitchens and bathrooms are already furnished but feel free to change it to your liking.
