....I think there's a pond in our living room!"

This ultra-modern home was inspired by a floorplan from the Asis-Leif design firm at http://www.asis-leif.com

It's a residential 50x60 lot, unfurnished, and costs $119.957.

Let's take a tour of "The Greenhouse Effect":

Enter the home through the double glass doors at the front of the house. Step into the majestic 2 story foyer. Directly to your right is the modern stair leading to the second floor - behind the stair is a unique triangular room.

To your left is a guest bath. Proceed down the corridor and stop to look at the spectacular indoor greenhouse - complete with a small pond!

Two rooms on your left - your choice as for usage. Study? Library? Media Room? Workout room? Game Room? Music room? It's up to you!

Returning to the foyer, turn left around the greenhouse. Behind you is a small octagon nook - perfect little reading area, if furnished with a stylish chaise and lamp. You are now standing in the magnificant 2 story living room/dining area. As you can see, these rooms are situated on the diagonal, to make for more interesting furniture placement. At the far end of the living/dining
space, on your left, is the kitchen. Plenty of room here for cabinetry, island, breakfast bar or nook. A sliding glass door leads to the spacious deck. The kitchen also has doors leading to the carport, and another bathroom.

Returning to the foyer, let's climb the stairs to the second floor. Walking across the bridge, you see another bath. This bathroom is for the bedroom on the left (second door to your left). The third door leads to another bedroom, which has it's own private bath. At the far end of the corridor, the double glass doors lead to the loft master suite. This spectacular retreat looks out over the living/dining area, and has it's own private deck! Pass through the doors into the master bath/dressing area with a spacious walk-in closet and enough space to bathe with 20 of your best Sim-friends! (Or not...)

"The Greehouse Effect"...for Sims who want to impress!

Thanks to ALL for your hard work - it's appreciated!

My policy: Play it, change it, send it to your friends (and give me credit, please) - just don't post on pay sites!

*I placed the plants in the greenhouse using the "moveObjects on" cheat - as a result, they are not "clickable" (to water) in the game - so I don't know how practical this greenhouse is for actually growing things (but it sure looks neat, doesn't it?) If necessary, feel free to remove the plants, pond, and terrain and redo this area in whatever way you like!

**For some reason, it will not allow you to place ceiling lamps in some of the first floor single-story rooms - use the "moveObjects on" cheat to place ceiling lamps in those rooms.
