This is 2 "city houses" built on a 2x2 lot - Cost is §123,000 - Furnished as Shown.

For some reason I like putting two houses on single lots. Yeah - I'm outta control!! But they are so much fun to play - here's the lowdown on playing a two house lot, (and apartments) if you haven't before -
I put 2 single doors as the front door, and there is a back door as well. So - say you have 2 sim families, three members each (like a single mom and a single dad, each with a couple of kids), every member of the seperate families can claim a door on thier particular house and lock it to all sims except themselves. There is room to add a second back door if you want to have 4 member families. It's interesting to boolprop TCE true and make one of the families unselectable and play just the other sims. (remember to un-boolprop your boolprop-ables when you are done) .

I used Targa's two tile ladder to give you access to the attic, for a little storage space or room to grow into if you need it.

There aren't any garages, but this lot is built on a corner so the "alley" out back will hold your vehicles. If you place it where there is no road outside the "front" doors, just pretend that it's in a townhouse community where they build 'em that way

The only other CC are walls and floors I made

Thanks
