Hey all since i have been on here for some time now i thought i would make something EXCLUSIVE TO MTS2! you will not find this anywhere else :D

Today i bring to you a all new Rock, Marble and Pebble fountain, perfect for any home, it is even proven to heal stress from those worried sims. YES this fountain is fully functional and has the same properties as any fountain.

Does this fountain need any EP's?

Yes this fountain is EP ready and requires the University EP..

This is a new mesh, and means that it's a brand new self contained object that usually does not require a specific Pack (although this is possible depending on the type). It may have Recolours hosted on MTS - check below for more information.
