This nice little 1 bed, 1 bath home is a first little addition for any single/newly-wed family...and kitties!!
It has a lovely car port, which is surprisingly very simple to make. Sorry it is a little expensive, but maybe your straight from college sim was a young entrepreneur and started a business ahead of time!
