Today I want to share one of my favourites lots in game. It has been inhabited for many of my sim families with every kind of modifications, but light, open spaces, flowers and fountains always remain here.
This is an unfurnished version, except baths and kitchen with only maxis items, so feel free (naturally) for deco as your own temptations. I suggest few objects and traditional furniture, ‘cause the outdoors are the star in this house. I use to include in there a lot of plants and garden custom content, but to upload here it would be oversized and … the bandwith is not only mine!
In spite of it, the lot comes with custom indispensable content, as you can see below.
Description:
Big lot, 2 floors, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a living, a hall/dinner room, several galleries, several patios, a terrace/solarium. The park place is not covered, never rains in my southern house!
Afford effort: Yes, its only for richest sims, and unfurnished, oops.
Custom content from MTS:

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
