UPLOADING MY FILES TO PAYSITES OR THE EXCHANGE IS BAD KARMA.
Three skintones for N8ive sims: Desert Jasper, Hawaiian Sunrise, and Washed Copper. They are all binned, and will work with the game's genetics. Desert Jasper, the lightest, is binned at 0.3. 0.3 is the same level as Maxis light. Washed Copper, the darkest, is binned at 0.6. 0.6 is the same level as Maxis medium. Hawaiian Sunrise is binned between the two, at 0.45. As you can see from the attached images, the skins appear darker and more coppery in "indoor" light, and lighter with strong golden highlights in "outdoor" light.
These skintones are demi-matte, meaning that they are somewhere between Maxis matte and the common shiny-style skins. They are also not overly-modelled, in order to give the skins a more natural, fleshy appearance. All three fitness states have individual textures, and the elders have wrinkles. The child, toddler, and baby body skins were also retextured. The nails are a natural shade of pink, and there are nipples on both genders, but no crotch detail. The faces have been left as "makeup-free" as possible, to provide a neutral surface for your own makeup.
Additionally, the skins are based on Louis' skins, although I have aggressively retextured them (the skins are now more than 75% my work), and it may not be apparent at first glance. The teen-elder male skins are the closest to Louis' originals out of all the textures.
Finally, I used high-quality images for the textures. This makes the files about twice the size of normal skin files. Unfortunately, the coppery undertones in these skins cause pixelization to happen at a much more dramatic rate than in olive-toned or rosy skins, leaving giant crumbly bright orange-colored streaks across the skins. This is the only way I've found around it. As a result, I will not make smaller-file versions of these colors, and I really don't want to hear about it! There is a benefit, though. The skins are quite nice this way.
Terms of use for my textures/recolors: These files may be redistributed on websites via shared sims, so long as those sims are available in the free section of any site that is not the exchange, and I am credited with a link back to my profile on this site. You may not charge money or a membership fee for my files: this includes "donation files" on an otherwise free site, and sites where my files would only periodically be free.
These files may also be shared via Neighborhood 99, so long as I am properly credited.
You may recolor these files, retexture these files, and adapt these files to other body types, so long as your derivative works are only posted on free sites with a credit as described in the previous paragraph. Additionally, you may not change my terms of use for your derivative works.
Additional Credits:

Onesie in screenshots by myself.

Oh oh oh! Almost forgot! The teal water hack is originally by Targa, and updated for Seasons by niol (updates are in a comment to Targa's post).
ETA! bstard7 has made skintone changer vials for this set, per request of someone who was working on a n8ive neighborhood. It's located here: http://sumomo.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=275719 (Uni required). If you want to permanently change a sim's skintone with SimPE, there's information about that posted at http://www.hairysims.com.

This is a Maxis Recolour which means that it is a recolour of an item that already exists in your game. Please check the Pack requirements to see which game pack it recolours.

ToU: Please see individual posts for my creation policies. IN GENERAL, I have fairly liberal policies, but there are a few items that are subject to other creators' policies. Therefore, I don't have a blanket ToU.
Future expansion packs: due to the headaches I have experienced from SecurROM - including damage to my computer, a complete reinstall of my computer, and the need to buy a brand new antivirus program, and eventually the need to fully replace my computer due to unremovable rootkits that took advantage of the security loopholes caused by SecruROM - I will not purchase or install/reinstall any EA or Sony products. There are conditions that may cause me to change my mind, but I don't consider them likely. This means that if any of my CC is broken by an expansion or stuff pack, I won't know and I won't be able to work on fixing any potential problems. I grant anyone permission to patch my CC for compatibility with any Sims 2 expansion or stuff pack, as long as the patched items are 100% free.
Beyond that, I'm not interested in pirating securom-infested eps, and I would never help EA advertise malware-infested products by creating content for them, so please stop e-mailing me with 'helpful' information.
Which brings me to... Take the SecuROM-free pledge!
