After weeks of trying different approaches I finally succeeded in making my first starter home! It’s quite difficult and frustrating having to watch your budget all the time. More so if your intension is building a house that has an attractive appearance right from the start. Even though I couldn’t finish the house properly I’m pretty satisfied with the result. However, if you like this house and want it in exactly as pictured in your game, you’ll have to do some “shopping” for several items that are required for this lot. I couldn’t give this house this outside look without saving desperately on inside decoration. Sorry for that folks!

Layout: Living room, kitchen, bathroom, 1 bedroom. (Possibilities for 1 extra bedroom)
Fully decorated and furnished with all the basic needs for the starter:
Refrigerator, sink, stove, trashcan, fire and burglar alarm, bookcase, television, lights etc.

Description:
A suitable cottage for an aging, inquisitive spinster or a young and romantic couple or even a family with one child. With it’s challenging possibilities for future improvements, this age old building can be turned into a modern paradise, while the inhabitants can still enjoy the pleasures of country life and gardening.
During the latest restoration the contractor’s bills couldn’t be paid, which resulted in some important – but not vital – shortcomings such as the lack of railings along the stairways and a decent pavement to the front door, but this shouldn’t be a problem for Sims. They know where - and where not to go…. Anyhow, things like this can be bought as soon as the first paycheck arrives, right?
