This lot has kind of a weird layout. The first building, on the left, contains the kitchen, small dining area, and the bedroom. The stairs lead up to a living room/patio area on the roof. The other building, straight in from the street, includes bathrooms on the first floor, and leads up to the patio areas over the building with the kitchen, the building itself, and the pool. The patio area over the building with the kitchen has two small rooms attached. The first has an easel in it, while the one above it has a chess set up. There is a diving board off the patio over the pool, but sadly, its not functional. All the sim will do is stand on it for a while, wobble a little, and step off. There's also a children's play area across from the pool. I hope you enjoy. If you like it, please say thank you.
