This house was the first one I built on my custom neighbourhood
I've moved 2 seperate familys into this house since it was created, so its been played for at least 3-4 full days in total.
In case you haven't noticed so far, all of my residential houses are built to be played in By this I mean I design them so you don't have to be constantly scrolling around the screen to find your sims. A pet hate of mine.
This house is fully lighted and decorated.

Also, there is plenty of room for the upstairs to be extended (if you remove the roof) if your family grows some more!
