This is a partially-flooded community lot made with a fully-functional restaurant (i.e with podium and industrial oven), a small bar, and a pier with seating, tables and an easel at the end.
To use the lot as illustrated in the snapshots, I used it on the low coastal road in Bluewater Village. If you want to use it elsewhere, please read this excellent tutorial on coastal lots by Tiko at TSR. (the lot can of course simply be used as a pier with no water on hillsides etc, but this wouldn't look quite so good ;-))
I have used mainly the items from the 'European' collection, with OFB. I have also used a few items from Seasons and all of the restaurant items are from Nightlife. I *may* have used one or two items from Pets, I can't remember exactly.
(I do also Glamour Life, so some items from this SP may have ended up in the lot by accident. Please tell me if this is the case :-))
There is no custom content except for one wall by Holy Simoly, which can be found here at www.holysimoly.com. This wall is included in the download.
Please comment, and tell me what you think. I would love any comments, good or bad, as obviously it helps me improve.
The price of the lot is §93,869.
