Sim's Last Garden, a pathway to life or death.

2x3
$58,143.00

The final resting home for the retired sim on their way to the afterlife. Peaceful and quiet in the day, creepy with ghosts in the night after the sim takes the tombstones out of their backpack, or a visitor comes for lunch then becomes the lunch.

Contains the grim reaper's phone, a cow plant and the new Asian wishing well.

When an elder sim retires and decides to leave the family home, they take their family tombstones with them to this beautiful peaceful garden where the ponds are great for fishing and the tv is always on with a plump easy chair in front of it. Some sims just don't care for the crowded busy rest home.

This place is fully furnished but set up in an usual way. The front door leads to the "viewing room" where the sim sleeps in a vampire's coffin. Something they will need to get used to very soon. There are only two rooms in this house. The viewing room style bedroom and the kitchen/dining area.

A tiny shower bathroom is next to the kitchen. The wallpaper style is green baroque, while the outside is asian art deco. I made a special wallpaper for the eave over the front door because it just really needed that style to look right. A pool border under the window gives a nice water reflection thru the window while the sim has dinner and looks peaceful under a night sky.

There is a altar stone to put the tombstones on after they arrive and remove them from their backpack. The staircase over the water to the altar stone has two paths. One leads to the grave, the other to life. For the other pathway leads to the altar of the grim reaper's phone!

For yet another path to the afterlife there is also a hungry cow plant near the front door. If there is a sim one would like to take with them one only needs to leave it go hungry.

Beyond the gate on the pathway there is the Asian wishing pool. A sim may turn left to the house or turn right to the pathway of choice. Life or death.

This is one of my favorite lots. Someone is always on their way in, or out. One way or the other. The ghosts of Sims2 is my favorite aspect of the game as one can guess from my wallpapers, ha ha! By the way there are 2 new wallpapers and one floor tile in this lot. "The other white stone" is best used as a border for small areas unless you like a wild design. It is above the front door, this particular house just really needed it. I have a set of these wild designs but I believe you guys would 'shoot me for a loony' if I sent them here. So, delete it if you don't like it.
