This is not a crucial update; I just added in genetic info and used an improved binning technique for the elders. I'm guessing maybe 3000~3300 people downloaded at least one of the files before this update, so if having proper genetics is important to you, be careful about letting files overwrite if you download a sim with one of these hairs.

I've always loved Louis' Shigure hair, but the original texture really didn't lend itself to recolors. So I gave in, made a new texture, and made a whole bunch of recolors using Louis' alpha. The original hair is on a base game mesh, but I used melodie9's all-ages mesh.

This mesh tends to develop pixeliciousness when I import via the normal method (see my "messy mop" recolors for some cringe-worthy examples), so I imported higher-quality images via SimPE. Slower computers may have some problems with this? I'm not sure. I don't know how anything slower than mine could run the Sims TBH.

These are all color-binned (now geneticized) and made with Legacy BodyShop.

Colors:

Reds: Dark Auburn, Auburn, Titian, Ginger and Strawberry Blond.
Blonds: Beach Blond, Champagne Blond, Ash Blond and Platinum Blond.
Browns: Dark Brown, Chocolate Brown, Cool Brown and Light Brown.
Blacks: True Black and Warm Black.
Custom: Soft Blue, Burgundy, Aubergine, Moss Green, Silver and Snow White.

All individual color swatches are viewable at my photobucket.

The elder states for the 4 natural color bins have various appropriate shades of grey. Auburn is binned in red with brown eyebrows, and Strawberry Blond is binned in blond with red eyebrows. The custom colors are all-ages.
