Modern Japanese House - Doraemon's house ver. 2

Hi again, everybody Thank for Masterofallvideogames who was asking for the manga pic of my previous version of Doraemon's house. And while searching on the internet, I found a small little clay model of Doraemon's house from some websites, and realize that my previous creation was not so accurate So I brought you all a new house It looks perfect this time, in my oppinion



For those simmers who are not familiar to Doraemon, it's actually a name of a robot cat in a famous Japanese comic series "Doraemon" by Fujiko F. Fujio. And this house is where the story begins You can check the summary out in wikipedia

So, the house has 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet and the is a little "store house" next to the toilet The house is quite expensive. It costs $30,294 but believe me, the house worths it! You will love the house right at the moment you step inside :D

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

It also lets you choose what included content to install.
