This community lot is designed to be a little shopping center where your sims can go to buy groceries, clothing, stuff and meet other sims in the neighborhood. It is called Casey's Bar because in my game I plan to put a bar down in the lower left basement 'store'--but alas there is no 'bar' in the base game. So the download just has the atmosphere of the bar, and space to put one in if you have a bar available based on your expansions. I'm not much of a city dweller--but I love Mushkin's Flower Shop and need some other city lots that fit in with the urban scene.

The lot is set up with four different 'stores' to keep the look of the city. The upper floor is blank, and is there just for appearances.
