Do your sims need a fun place to go to meet with other sims? Do your city sims want something new to do? Then try the City Art Museum! This lot is 4x5, but should not bog down slower computers (like mine) because the building is simple in terms of polygons and there are only two trees (mostly, there are only two trees).
If you have Seasons, you will find fish in the pond.
If you have an expansion with double high pillars, I recommend replacing the museum pillars with ones that are double high. Personnally, I also recommend designing art galleries with groupings of your favorite art, but that is a matter of taste.

Here is a shot of the museum at night, which shows off the Traveling Gnome Exhibit that is currently on display outside the main lobby, near the Art Pond.

Here is a view in the daytime. Maybe you can tell that it is inspired by the St. Louis Art Museum, with it's Art Hill. Hmm, well, maybe not. Still, to me, it has the Spirit of the St. Louis Art Museum. (I just need to find some Monets to go in my version.)

Some interior shots are included in the attachments.
