Here is 1 Half Way as a starter home priced at $17,602. Tested for 5 days. Sim not included.

Yes, very modestly with Maxis items in brown tones. Plenty of opportunity to spice it up with your own custom content.
Space for:
Two Sims who will sleep in the same bed. Plenty of space in the common area for a staircase leading to a second floor.

Brick in the front and rear only. Side door leading to a fenced area perfect for BBQ, hot tub or swing set. Flowers and benches for those perfect summer nights.
