Hello again, my second upload and this time a University Dorm. NO custom content used as it creates too many obstacles. Well I hope you like it. It took me ages to create.

Description:
This Dorm isn’t really based on a normal university dorm. I wanted to give my young adult Sims a bit more independence when going off to university so I thought up the idea around having there own apartment or flat.
Ground Floor
On the ground floor we have four apartments all fully decorated in exactly the same way. The décor is very versatile and will suit most of your Sims individual styles. Each room includes a small open plan kitchen area complete with sink, mini fridge, table and chair and microwave. There is also a cosy separate bed room and bathroom with shower, sink and toilet of course! There is even a space for a desk and a book case. All your basic uni need are met! There is also a pool room with its own unique design.
1st Floor
On the first floor we have two fully furnished apartments in the same way as before. We also have a Study Room with computers, chess tables, book cases and comfy sofas. The sofas are arranged around a main fireplace to create a social environment. There are also separate sofas available if you just want to study. On this floor also is the main dining area that over looks the pool area. The dining room is decorated in bright colours and can easily accommodate all the students and more.
2nd Floor
On the second floor we have four fully decorated and furnished apartments as before. There is also a fully equipped gym fitted with shower room, lockers and the latest equipment. There is also a wall of mirrors and an area in the centre for those Sims that love to do yoga!
3rd Floor
On the third floor we have two fully decorated apartments as before. We also have the ‘Green Room’ this room is for Sims that want to rock! Fully equipped with drums, guitar and bass your Sims can get together their band and play for the public. Along with the centre stage it’s all they could ask for! If you’re not really into raving you can kick back and relax on the sofas or play a little pool. On this floor along with the party atmosphere is Sunnyside Bar. Carrying on the green theme we have a fully licensed bar for your Sims to mix their drinks and boogie down!
Stairway & Evevators
The stairway spirals up all the way to the 3rd floor, and on each floors reception area we have different items to suit your Sims. A Grand Piano to echo the sound all the way up the staircase, an easel over looking the grounds or a comfy sofa or a computer desk. Whatever your Sims unique style or taste we cater for all here at Sunnyside Apartments!
