This is the first of what will hopefully be a successfully large set. The goal is to have lovely furnished homes for under $20k

THE SECOND HAND HOME PROJECT
The Second Hand Homes project is aimed at Sims who want a nice place to live, but simply can't afford it. Why should your Sim be forced to live in a shack or in the "bad side" of the neighborhood? Well, no more! Now your Sims can afford fully furnished homes! But how can you do that? you say. Well, they're second hand homes. That is, they are previously lived in homes. The papers may say that the lot has depreciated, but your Sims hearts know that this home is worth everything to them.

THE WESTON
The Weston is a two-story home that features three bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is open to a dining area as well as to the living room. There is an area upstairs for the computer, which is close to the upstairs bedrooms - perfect for those who need to study. Outside, your Sim will be able to BBQ and tend to his garden. There's also a driveway for the Sim who sees a car purchase in his future. Your Sim can watch the neighbors walk by from his covered front porch, or take a nap on the back porch.

Furnished Lot - $18,222
Unfurnished Lot - $18,164

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
- Download CleanInstaller if you don't already have it. It makes installing things super easy and super safe.
- Download the file(s) of your choice (Furnished and/or Unfurnished) to a location on your computer that you'll remember.
- Go to the zip file that you just downloaded and unzip it anywhere you'd like. Do NOT unzip it to your Downloads folder and call it a day. That won't work.
- After you've unzipped the file, you'll see a "Sims 2 Installable package." Double click it and if you've associated these types of files with CleanInstaller, CI will open. If you want to install everything listed, just click install and let CI place the files where it wants. It will put the lotfile into Teleport, and install the other files ("custom content") in your Downloads folder.

WHAT'S IN THE DOWNLOAD?
The only custom content that I've used in this home: 1) MaryLou's Independent Expressions windows, and 2) Stairwall. Everything else is just a "recolour" that I've done of the Maxis wallpapers and floors I used in order to make them $0. This keeps the house under $20,000. You don't have to install these. Instead, you'll have blank walls and floors and you can paint/floor them however you'd like. If you do install them, it will NOT affect the existing Maxis content in-game, and your house will be walled and floored for cheap.
