unfurnished - custom content partly included.

Hillside design villa with lots of diagonal walling, split levelling and other nice building tricks. This house comes unfurnished except for some essential items - considered as part of the architecture. The garden however is complete, as shown in the pictures.
Playtested, cleaned, packaged, cleaned, packaged – endlessly, if you find still find anything wrong with the house, well…...I will have to kill you
The house was made with NL and OFB installed but - to the best of my knowledge - only NL is needed. It would even be possible to recreate this house (with minor changes) for the basegame, perhaps I’ll try as soon as I have Numenor’s AnyGameStarter figured out…

Description:
Ground level: carport and two sets of stairs.
1st floor: hall, bathroom, large open living space with open kitchen, raised platform and vide. swimming pool.
2nd floor: large open space, one bedroom, bathroom, pool view balcony with pergola.

CC not included: (no permission to include)

For the house to appear properly you’ll need to shop for the following:
Sims Gedoehns- fusion Door & Window Set build/doors and windows/page3
(Almost all the windows and doors in this house are from the Fusion Set. I tried to include them, but after removing unwanted meshes and recols, CleanInstaller couldn't successfully package the lot.) The files you need are:

MTS2 - Zhaana craftsman Walls , here at MTS2. Set 3 brown.rar (for gutter boards/ brim )

Reflex sims downloads/kitchen/page2: Palluco kitchen. item names: 'teko_palluco_framelarge'(mesh) and 'Reflex_PallucoRecolgreen_Framelarge' ( used to create the white column in the middle of the room)

*Remarks:
1.The round columns are part of Numenor's WallWindow set. CleanInstaller fails to recognize the proper recolors as belonging to the columns and consequently doesn't package the file. If you have the complete set already in your game, you’re alright. If not, you'll need to install the extra file (Numenor_WallWindow_(Standard+Seamless)_OpaqueColourPack) separately if you don't want flashing blue columns
