This house is REALLY cool! I was thinking, well, what if there was a sim seeking to find their own place, but no money. Then this hit me, guest house! Duh!



There is actually a REALLY good scenario behind this one because there is more than one possibility. So look foreword to TWO reasons why you should get this house

Reason to Download - #1

Grandpa is visiting! He needs his own space, not only is he stingy and rude, he is independent. So, you KNOW there is absolutely no space in your house, so why not let him stay in the out house! The trip is fantastic and you only hear grandpa complain 1,2...8 times!

He has HAD it. His parents have bugged him for the last time! Now your teen sim has completely moved out...to an extent. He has made his way across the yard and into the guest house. What could possibly be better!? He has freedom, his own room, bathroom and place to study and eat. Sure, it may be a little cramped but he could always expand, maybe. Whatever the case it is HIS space and he is lovin' it!
