This began as a lakehouse on a smaller property, where instead of a pool, it had a full lake, and instead of a full third floor and apartment, it had liveable attic space and garage spaces. It then had a red, white, and blue look to the outside in favor of being a highlight for July. This is my future showcase entry at the Exchange.

I designed this with plans of having something that could be recreated in real life, but the only question about it is if the bathroom would actually work on the third floor where it's at.

The placement of everything keeps feng shui principles in mind for west types or 2s.

No custom content, no hacks or cheats. Fully Furnished.

The lot features:
Home on second and third floors.
Wraparound Deck
Grove and Lake, Pool and Landscaping
Three entries to the upper home
Three to Four bedrooms, one of which is currently an office.
Office on Second Floor may serve as guest room.
Two bathrooms in the home, and one in the apartment.
Laundry room is in the first floor as well as a utility room.
Bonus room and Studio Apartment on first floor.
Sitting Room with view of Pool, Grove, and Lake.

Everything is well planned out. It would be difficult in reality to get furniture up the staircase, but to function in the game and to allow rooms to be properly proportioned, it's necessary to have the staircase there.

Outside is a lake, pool, hot tub, grove with fountains and flowers. After I broke my Seasons disk, I had to rebuild the house and chose a larger lot because I didn't like that there weren't trees outside the kitchen window. Now there are.

With three people on the lot, this gets to be a very busy house. As a smaller lot with a lot of extra content, it had trouble loading the neighborhood. I had to reinstall the game, so everything is back to normal, minus ALL of my downloads. Now that I've been recollecting some content, it seems to be working okay. Two things you'll notice in one photo is Macarossi's Garden Window, available for download here at MTS2, and Beosboxboy's Egg & Dart Fencing around the roof, which is at The Sims Resource. Both really add a lot to this home, as well as Phoenix Phaerie's Bath Collection (new) and her subway tiling for the bathroom. A few downloads I recommend are the upper kitchen cabinets from www.welldressedsim.com. Holy Simoly, of course, is a great source for content, but as said before, this lot contains no custom content and I'll leave it up to you to decide if those items are needed.
