Base Game Compatible version of the ground panels now included. They have their own GUID and will not overwrite the other ground solar panels.

****A problem was found with the ground solar panels making the game crash for some people. I have now fixed them. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused anybody. If you have previously downloaded them, please delete them and download the new version. If you have any trouble with the updated panels, please PM me ASAP, but there shouldn't be any now. I did not have trouble with them during initial testing, so once again I apologize for them not working right. See my comment below for explanation of why there was a problem in the first place.****
