This small coffee house actually took me a long time because I designed the floors myself using garden borders to create the pattern then filled them in with different floors patterns to create the floor pattern. I know there is a way to make the court yard pattern into a stone fllor tile itself, but I don't have the skills to do this. If someone with these skills wishes to do this it is okay just give a link to this thread so people can see where the idea came from. If not I would like to learn how to do this myself as I like this pattern and would like to have it for my game. This coffee house is small but you can add more tables to the court yard once you establish enough custemers to need to do this. The first floor has two fireplaces couches and bookselves. Plenty of tables and chairs and two coffee barsristas. The upper level has two bathrooms(male and female) and some video games to keep simmes fun levels up. The roof decks are simply decorative unless you have some marvin spiral stairs which you can get at MTS2 to make them usable. I hope you like this coffee shop. If so hit the thanks button.
