What every starting Sim family needs--an inexpensive yet functional house
that looks good too. The price is $19,998, JUST under 20k. Only one custom
item was used--a Jasce Dome Light by morphead that now illuminates the
house throughout.
This home has two floors with a large railed-in terrace on the second floor. It
also has an attached garage. There's a large tree in the back yard, flower
beds in the front yard, and quite a bit of terrain painting. Besides the front
door, a back door leads to the, er, back yard, and a third door opens into the
garage. A modular stairs leads to the second floor. On the bottom floor is a
full bathroom, livingroom, dining and kitchen areas, and a master bedroom. On
the second floor there's a second bathroom with just a toilet in it. The room is
large enough to make it into a full bath later on. And there's enough room on
the second floor for two more bedrooms when your Sims get enough money
ahead to allow you to add additions.
The stove is a 10-hunger stove, not one of the cheaper ones. I always try
to put the best stove in any home I build, since energy and bladder (thus the
two toilets, lol), seem to be a Sim's main concerns.
Custom Content Included:
- Jasce Dome Lamp from the Jasce Collection by morphead
Also, more special thanks to morphead for steering me to Numenor's excellent
program AnyGameStarter V1.6 here on MTS2. I highly recommend it.
Front of House:

Top-down view of Second Floor:
I'm sure you'll enjoy using the house. It was fun to build.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
