No one will ever accuse this structure of being 'ordinary'. With three stories,
two one-car garages, five bedrooms, fifteen bathrooms (yes, 15), an outdoor
pool and roofed-over hot-tub, backyard pond, lots of landscaping, this house
is definitely not your average, mundane dwelling.

There are full wrap-around decks on the second and third floors. Two exercise
rooms, a study, a gaming room, a pool room, attached two-piece first floor
livingroom, and much more! Five empty rooms on the third floor will allow you
to expand as you wish, when you wish. When this was in the creator forum
someone suggested it would make a great dorm. Actually, that's pretty close
to what it could be; eight of the bathrooms on the second floor are gender-
specific (only male sims can enter the male bathroom, only females can go
into the womens' restrooms).

The master bedroom on the first floor has it's own computer room. There's
another computer on the second floor, in the study. I did my best to make
walkways, etc. two tiles wide. At first they were a little narrow.

I'm sure your sims will enjoy exploring this house as much as I enjoyed
creating it. I originally made it for all expansions except Apartment Life, but
redid it to work with only the main expansions up to and including Freetime.

Special Thanks to all who helped me decide what to do with this place:
morphead (the gosh-darned home is BLUE, lol), HystericalParoxysm,
whitewaterwood (commented on the windows not being symmetrically
placed. They're fixed now!), Frazzz, ooga booga, Christine11778,
kopple36, porkypine, Fresh-Prince, poplers, sweetswami77 (who pointed
out the too-narrow walkways. I widened all the second-floor bathroom
entrances and most of the terraces). Thank you all for your critique,
suggestions, and general input! --publicsim99
