Hello! Here we have a home for your new sims on a budget. This home features one bedroom, one full bath and a half bath, as well as a large interior. There's a pond in the backyard, and trees and flowers out front to make your sims proud to own this cute little place. The house is just under budget, so get your sims working soon! Enjoy the house, don't upload it anywhere else, and hit the thanks button on your way out! (Sorry for the need of so many EPs.)

NOTE: In the layout picture, I removed the flora so you could actually see the rooms. No worries, the house comes with the trees when you download it.
