When I set out to make this house I didn't really know anything about the original song or its history- surprise! Stephen Foster's ballad My Old Kentucky Home was written about the Federal Hill home of Judge John Rowan. Like Randy Newman's song my Old Kentucky Home is an homage to the original.
I tried to include as many elements of the original building as I could; the exterior star motif, two fireplaces, central hall with stairs at the end, the old grandfather clock in the hall and was even able to include the bushes in the front of the building thanks to HystericalParoxysm's cool Shrubby Shrubs.
Three bedroom Federal-style home with all the fixings. Requires Nightlife EP and is best installed with Clean Installer . The Kentucky Star Brickwork pack, needed if you want the authentic star motif, may be replaced with the Old London Brick w/ banding. I recommend the Shrubby Shrubs as they are very useful for other things.
