Hello, and welcome to the first in my Studio Ghibli series!
My first post is Gutiokipanja, the bakery from Kiki's Delivery Serivce.
I tried to make it as realistic as possible without using any custom content and as little packages and expansion packs as possible. I wanted to make it as accessible as possible. I'd love to see what you do with the lot though, for example i know there's a bakery set available on the site somewhere. And I'd love to see your Kiki's running about so feel free to post/message me your screenshots ^ ^
The lot us available Furnished or Unfurnished (the furnished lot contains mostly the Country stuff).
Unfurnished the lot costs 35,042.
Furnished it costs 80,511
Watch this space for more lots inspired by the Studio Ghibli creations, I'm a big fan ^ ^ I'll try, where possible, to use as little custom content as possible but if anyone has any requests - for example, if i post a lot which you'd rather see made more realistic with CC, please dont hesitate to ask!
