Casa Moderna • 2 Bed 3 Bath • Modern Family Home

Casa Moderna is my latest modern home (can't you tell I just love them?!) and is suitable for any family looking for a more contemporary location to live. This is a 2 storey split level house and includes:


Ground Floor
• Pool
• Foyer (with view to pool)
• Study/3rd bedroom
• Bathroom
• Open plan living/dining/kitchen area

1st Floor
• Main bedroom with rooftop patio and access to family bathroom
• Large family bathroom
• 2nd bedroom with ensuite

This house was based on the one below, but I've added my own touch and haven't included the garage.



It took a while to get the split level and the modular stairs to work right together, but I finally cracked it

No issues were found when playtesting a clone of this house. If you do have any issues, please let me know asap.

Install Instructions

Basic Download and Install Instructions:

1. Download: Click the download link to save the .rar or .zip file(s) to your computer.

2. Extract the zip, rar, or 7z file.

3. Install: Double-click on the .sims2pack file to install its contents to your game. The files will automatically be installed to the proper location(s).

• You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
