Base Game Compatable!

Okay, this was a TOTAL shock to see come out as a starter home! I labled it as eco frinedly because of it's style, the little amount of space it takes up, and the amount of foliage surrounding the house. Now your sims can take a swing at Co2 levels and lower their carbon footprint!

Hilly Terrain (Did this for effect, if you don't want it, before you move a sim in, level it out, there will be NO issues if you do so, other than losing the pond.)
