This lot was made with anygamestarter! And need the following EP's:
Sims2, Nightlife and Mansion and Garden.


This lovely home is build on a 3 x 3 lot and is only available for $ 345.259, fully furnished and decorated.

On the mainfloor we have to offer:

Entrance, hall, keepingroom, livingroom with a fireplace, a very beautifull kitchen and diningarea, half bathroom and an inside pool where you can take a swim to the outherpool in the lovely garden.


On the first floor are a masterbedroom with a balcony, 1 nursery, 1 bedroomroom and a full bathroom. De bedroom and nursery shares a balcony.
