You might remember my previous creation, RichSims Home No. 1 (if you don't, you should check it out). Well then, prepare to be taken to a whole new level of style and class. I bring you... RICHSIMS HOME NO. 2!
It's big, it's expensive... Your neighbors will surely get the message: "I'M RICH!!!".
Here are the stats:
Ground Level:
-double garage (with a little extra space to set up your workshop) +2 cars
-entry hall, connected with the kitchen\dining room
-TV room
-pool
First Level:
-bathroom (yeah, I know... just one bathroom)
-master bedroom
-spare room (I decorated it as a one person bedroom, but feel free to change that)
-LARGE TERRACE (which can be converted to additional rooms when needed. Just add walls!)
Lot Size: 4x4
Lot Price: 141.373
Additional Credits:
Since there is no custom content whatsoever, all my credits go to the MTS2 staff, for (hopefully!) accepting my humble hovel. :P
